Westlink Academy is a workforce development leader based in Dallas, Texas. We are a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) and approved provider on the Texas Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). Our mission is to upskill individuals from underserved communities and connect them with full-time career opportunities in cybersecurity.
We are also an official Cisco Networking Academy partner, delivering world-class instruction as an extension campus of Cisco’s global training network.

The initial training phase is covered through Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding. This public funding removes financial barriers and allows participants to begin earning during their apprenticeship placement.
Who Is Eligible?
WIOA funding is available for individuals who:
- Are seeking new skills or need upskilling for a high-demand job in cybersecurity.
- Have limited income or have not earned significant income in the last six months.
- Are unable to afford training without financial assistance.

Our Program
- 12-week, instructor-led training aligned with industry certifications
